The Rocky Mount
Chapter was formed in November 2002 with Avery Moore as the elder. In the summer
of 2005 the Rocky Mount and Spring Hope Chapter, with Lee Jefferys as their
elder, merged and formed Twin County Bikers for Christ Chapter. In the summer of
2008 the chapter expanded geographically and changed its name to Tar River
Bikers for Christ Chapter with Jack Carter as the elder.
